Commonly, Gridline products will not have a Gridline carry fee. This means we don't take any portion of your profit for ourselves.
Carry fees, also known as carried interest, is a share of profits from a fund paid as incentive compensation to the fund's general partner, and is typically paid if a fund achieves a specified minimum return.
At times we will launch more specialized product offerings that will include a Gridline carry fee. These products will be characteristically harder for Gridline to launch, manage, and have a higher risk/reward ratio.
The Gridline carry fee, even if it is 0%, is always clearly stated in the product detail view, the investment configuration process, and within the investment documents that are reviewed prior to signing.
